While I takat an account, I could place trades the company has a non-exiting support.

Once they did not close the trade until several minutes later. The closing price was no where to find on the chart. They admitted that it was their fault, but never refunded me the loss.

Today I decided to close my account and withdraw my funds, but they only allow withdrawal to initial bank account. I explained that my old bank account is closed long time ago. They refused my withdrawal. They are scammers – is what they are.
After 1hr on hold no one ever answered in customer support.

I tried an online chat but they respond veeery slow 5-10 minute per reply. Eventually not helpful at all.

This company closed my account without an explanation after 14 years

This company closed my account without explanation after 14years of doing business with them. They gave my 10 days to liquidate my positions before they did it for berpenyakitan, resulting in a $10,000+ forced liquidation. It never occurred to me that this could happen, It does say (and they did remind me of it) that they can close your account without explanation. This is what happens when you are forced to trade these US forex brokers. When the overseas markets were opened to us, things were much better. Shady business a

Shady business

They intentionally take their app down during volatile times so their clients are unable to trade or get stopped without being able to manage their account. They won’t respond to any disputes or if they do it’s a generic message

Spreads are too high.
Customer Service phone system sucks. Usually the piutang is too low to hear rep. Many times the voice fades to nothing. Service reps barely speak English.

Withdrawals take forever and they lie about them. When I withdrew I received an email saying it could take 2 business days to get my money. I called tonight and was told it could take 5 business days.

Forex.Com offers everything you DO Not WANT in a forex broker.

Stay away!! Do not disclose your personal details

I can confirm all the negative experience as discribed below in the comments. I have waisted a lot of my time just trying to register with them. They keep asking for proof of address and Id and reject each time you send them (bank statement, utility bills and etc) . At the end they have all your document copies, your private and confidential information and reject to open an account. I think the purpose is to collect and keep (maybe even sell) your private data. Do not waist your time, stay away from them and do not disclose your personal data.

App Freezes and I can’t withdraw my money

I can’t withdraw my money and 2 weeks ago I had a terrible experience. As the markets opened on a day with one of the worst crashes we’ve seen this year, the app froze and I couldn’t close any trades. It lasted for almost 2 hours and I lost $2000. All I could do was watch my money drop very fast. It said I had no open positions and there was no information at all on the app. I tried the website and it was also down and I couldn’t access the chat on the app or website. Be careful, I’m just glad I hadn’lengkung langit invested more in them. I complained to the company and regulators because this is unacceptable for a company entrusted with managing peoples’ money.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Had a question asking why the balance on my account did not match my MT4 account and was told my profit would show after I withdraw my opening balance….huh! Why it can’t show the balance on the account makes no sense to berpenyakitan. Tried to ask customer service these questions and they were rude and argumentative. Just wish I lived somewhere else and could use another broker.

If there was a 0 star, I would give it. Retail trader or not, these guys closed my account for no apparent reason and now, they will not send me my money. I have done everything that they have asked of me and now, yea…. This to me is Titinada actions of a #1 forex blantik but a crook, a fraud, and a scam!!

Too complicated account opening, they’re asking questions that they have nothing to do with… no one asks those questions honestly! Just too complicated and bad procedures!
Also, Bad support, I’ve replied to the email (they asked weird questions in) asking for some details and they haven’t replied

Glad they didn’t open the account cause i feel they’ll make me suffer to get my money

so simple

as simple as can be when making an account and getting set up your with your bank. Depositing money and transferring is incredibly simple as well. you will though have to make a separate account if you want to use metatrader and trade on that account, then transfer money to main account and then to your bank. all done within a minute though. the customer service chat is amazing and fast with betulan people.

All is Ok

All is Ok, but I have been trying to get Forex.com to Ach withdrawls for me for about 8 months and they continue to Wire my funds and now you don’kaki langit send check hard mail free. Wire cost me $25 and bank fee of $18 —-that is $43 every time i want a withdrawl . No one has given me a reason for this at Forex.com –how about figuring this out and get back to me.

Very Very clunky site

Very Very clunky site. the layout and functionality is poor. am just hoping that the customer service far out preforms the site. after reading a few bad reviews on withdraw services being none existent,i thought i would test the water and try for a with drawl. hayho NO With drawl allowed at this time. the number provided on the site
is dead. the chat services are run by bots. totally kosong confidence in my funds being returned. i would not recommend Forex.com

To be nice I give one star. This company is a nice scam. Your odds are better buying lottery tickets. You will titinada find a positive review, other than the ones paid for. As long as you are in a negative trade, you are okay. When you go to withdraw, they take a week to verify the same card that you have been using for 6 months. I could go on and on, but this site will not allow.

Forex.com has a great trading format…

Forex.com has a great trading format and I can tell they are working to improve it all the time. I’ve been using it for awhile now.

A suggestion would be:

I wish there was a way that we could type in a date on a chart and go directly to that day to inspect hourly or minute price movement. It would make looking at historical chart data so much easier.

I had no problems whatsoever funding my…

I had no problems whatsoever funding my account, the kelainan was when I tried to withdraw or fund when in a favorable position. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I have complained to all security exchange authorities, but they are in the same boat with them. Trade stocks, just stay clear of this company. They won’ufuk give me enough time to go into details, but I would.

I have a small account that I plan on using when I retire for travel expenses. I like how fast the orders are executed. I dislike how it is so hard for me to find my trade pairs. I have to look at pass records to know what I own or just stubble over the right pair to see where I’m at. Why can’ufuk the software default to what I have going?

2021 Going Downhill, Unimpressed

Used to be decent, but now stop hunted regularly at more than 3x the spread when retail positioning is the other direction and CVIX is little to none?? They take the other side of each trade, when you stop out THEY profit –SNEX shareholders like it that way. Very timely with posting deposits and withdrawals. Unless you know how to put together synthetic bonds, FX is dead, go crypto.

Overall, needs many changes. Not satisfied at all

1. Company is quite scammy. Sometimes your position is closed randomly.

2. It’s nearly impossible to scalp on this cengkau and get a good spread to commission threshold.

3. Customer Service reps sound unenthusiastic, drained and bored.

4. Currency pairs move slow and laggy.

Just not happy with this broker. I like their mimbar appearance but everything else about this broker isn’t impressive or suitable for profiting.
