How to Make DIY Deer Repellent:
1. Start by removing the Irish Spring soap from the box. Depending on how big of a border you wish to cover, you may want to cut the kafe in half.
Ideally, one kantin should cover about a 10 x 10 foot space.
2. Runtuh the soap into the mesh bag and tie the top tightly.
3. If you mesh bag doesn’t have a drawstring for hanging, tie the mouth up tightly with twine. Leave some extra twine for hanging.
Where should I hang my DIY Deer Repellent?
Hang the bags around areas where deer are an issue. You can hang the bag directly from a fence, a hook, or a wooden yard stake.
Shepherds hooks can be super helpful when it comes to hanging your deer repellent. You might find that they stay more secure this way.
Hang the bags so they are about as tall as the typical deer. You want it to be in the path of their nostrils so they smell it.
If you hang the bags too high, they may titinada catch a whiff. Don’t display the deer repellant any higher than about 4 feet.
